A little about ... Seatonfire
Seatonfire® is the brain child of “mother and son” team Lynne Seaton-Anderson and Jason L. O’Connor. We are a small, innovative company based on our family farm in South East Queensland, Australia.
As well as master chocolatier, Lynne is in charge of growing and hand picking chemical free premium quality chilli for the Seatonfire® venture.
Jason is the creative side of the team & together we strive to provide the highest quality of product and service possible.
We are very lucky to live and work in a beautiful part of sub tropical Queensland, Australia. Travel time to work is all of two minutes and the views from the chocolate factory and office is of trees and native birds – quite different from Jason’s previous career where he worked in marketing for two global luxury goods companies. Lynne has spent the last thirty years in the kitchen and raising three boys, so she has always enjoyed the view.
We are both passionate about growing chemical free Birdseye chilli! Seatonfire grow a variety of chilli that is 225,000 on the scoville scale. Don't worry, we are very careful how much we use in our products :) A banana chilli is 900 and a carolina reaper 2,200,000. Tabasco sauce is 2,500
