Chilli chocolate red wine sauce
.
Reduce 2 cups red table wine with 1 clove sliced garlic and 1 fresh bay leaf. Remove garlic & bay leaf & from heat then add 6 pieces WILD chilli chocolate and stir slowly whilst sipping a glass of the same red. Add 2 finely chopped leaves of sage.
Pour over roasted duck breast or any other roasted game meat & serve.

One bar seatonfire chilli chocolate + one bottle Australian shiraz + one open fire!!


New Summer cocktail
Chilli chocolate welcome drink!
One bar mild chilli chocolate.
1 litre ice cream
1 can ginger beer
1 bottle of Gin
Pulse chilli chocolate in blender then blend remaining ingredients to make a welcome cocktail that will have your guests mingling in minutes. Grate chilli chocolate on top og glass then add a mint leaf. This cocktail also lines the stomach!!

New Summer idea
Wrap one block of WILD in a basil leaf with a little goats cheese and enjoy with a flute of sparkling shiraz. Sublime!!!


The best HOT CHOCOLATE with

1 x 80g Block SEATONFIRE MILD chilli chocolate
1 x cup your favourite warm drink ( hot cocoa, espresso, chai tea )

Snap 2 blocks of chilli chocolate and stir through gently, wait for the aroma to envelop your senses, then grate a little chocolate over the top. Wait for the couverture chocolate to melt. Wrap hands around cup; enjoy the flavour, the sensuality and the subtle tingle!

The SEXIEST DESSERT with
SEATONFIRE® WILD chilli chocolate

Serves 2
1 x 80g block SEATONFIRE WILD chilli chocolate
1 x punnet strawberries
1 x teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 x teaspoons grated ginger

Slice fruit and add sugar and ginger. Cover and leave to macerate for 2 hours.
Stir through 200ml green ginger wine or cointreau prior to serving.
Grate 1/2 a block of wild chilli chocolate over the bowl adding a scoop of premium vanilla ice cream.
