Lynne Seaton Anderson - Master Chilli Chocolatier
A moon or two ago a woman with a fiery passion for cooking was created at Goodooga New South Wales Australia. The woman realized the chilli was a kindred spirit and stirred the succulent fruit through her culinary concoctions.
She settled on land to grow the bush that bears the fruit in the Lockyer Valley in Queensland, Australia, and then trawled the universe for expertise and techniques to blend through the fire and passion of chilli chocolate. But the stunning chocolate won’t set your seat on fire!
After graduating as a chocolatier, Lynne and Jason completed 2 study tours of the Chocolate Industry in Europe. This enterprising, gourmet wonder woman has SEATONFIRE CHILLI CHOCOLATE churning out of her Chilli chocolate factory. The fine chocolate in her secret recipe is yummy Belgium couverture.
